Premier League

Premier League

A heuristic evaluation is a usability inspection method where a user interface is reviewed against a set of established design principles, known as heuristics, to identify and resolve usability flaws.

Unlike standard usability testing, it relies entirely on expert walkthroughs rather than observing real end-users. It serves as a fast, cost-effective "discount usability engineering" technique used early in development to ensure digital products are intuitive, structured, and easy to navigate. The Premier League app serves as the central hub for fans to manage their Fantasy Premier League (FPL) teams, track real-time scores, and access extensive football statistics and archives. This app is meant for information, statistics, data, tracking, and fantasy gaming. For live TV broadcasting, a separate dedicated service called Premier League+ is used in select international regions which will not be covered in this evaluation.
